This is a cross section of the Black Goughnut. As you can see, the toy has a red core, surrounded by Black or Green rubber, depending on the type of chewer you dog is. If your dogs chews though the outer layer and exposes the red core, send the toy back to Goughnuts and they will replace it! You pets safety is paramount!

This is the Green chew toy for lighter chewers. As you can see, the center red layer is exposed and indicates you should take the toy away to prevent any choking hazards.
